If you want to do something a little different, the Ocean County Historical Society hosts its annual festival at the Park on Hadley Avenue in Toms River Township.
For the music lover, the Ocean County Artists’ Guild will sing acoustic tunes at the Island Heights Community Center. The acoustic event takes place every Wednesday evening from 7-10pm, and will feature local musicians, including the Ocean County Artists’ Guild. The concert is open to the public.
